Yes. Together, the two floors sleep up to 10 guests and share the pool, garden and barbecue — a lovely option for families or friends who want to stay close while keeping their own space. Talk to us and we will arrange it as one stay.

Before your trip, we ask you to complete online check-in. We review it personally and send your access code before arrival, so you can settle in at your own pace. If you need us, we are always available by phone.

The house will be ready from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 1:00 PM. If you have different times in mind, tell us in advance and we will do our best, subject to availability.

The key safe makes a late arrival easy. Because we review every check-in personally, please complete the online form in advance so your code reaches you in time. A late check-out may be possible, subject to availability — just ask us beforehand.

The pool is available from May to September. Access is shared between guests of the Caramulo properties. The Campia property does not have a pool.

The Ground Floor has 1 bedroom (+ sofa bed in the living room, up to 4 guests) with direct pool access. The Upper Floor has 3 bedrooms (up to 6 guests) with panoramic mountain views. Both share the pool, garden and BBQ area.

Yes, the Caramulo properties have an EV charger, free for guests.

Pets are welcome too, as long as you let us know in advance. An additional cleaning charge may apply, and we simply ask that pets stay off the beds and sofas.

Smoking is not allowed inside the houses. You may smoke in the garden or on the terrace, using the ashtrays provided.

To look after the peace of the house and our neighbours, parties and events are not permitted. Please keep noise especially low after 10:00 PM.

Yes, we love welcoming families. Please bear in mind that the pool is not fenced, so children must always be accompanied by an adult around the water.

Yes, all properties have free private parking.

Caramulo is about 40 minutes from Viseu, 1h30 from Porto and 3h from Lisbon. Campia is 10 minutes from the A25 motorway and about 30 minutes from Viseu — Porto airport is an hour and a half away.

Restaurants, a pharmacy, a supermarket and a petrol station are all a short drive away. For days out, there are thermal baths, museums, trails and viewpoints. Tell us what you enjoy and we will gladly share our own suggestions.

We recommend coming by car. Public transport is very limited and, between villages, walking trails and viewpoints, a car gives you the freedom to discover the region at your own pace.
